How to make a return – step by step

Log in to your customer account
Go to your account here:

Log in using the same email address that was used when placing the order. -
Select your order
Click on the order you wish to return in your order history. -
Request a return
Click the Request return button and select which product you would like to return along with the reason for the return. -
Wait for confirmation
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. -
Return the item
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a digital return shipping label via email together with instructions on how to return the item. After that, simply hand in the package at your nearest service point. -
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed according to the terms in this policy.
Return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not.
Once your return request has been approved, we will send a digital return shipping label via email. The label is then shown at your nearest service point where it will be printed and the package handed in.
Returns within Sweden are free of charge. For returns from countries outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a return handling fee of 50 SEK (approximately €5 / $5).
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
If you purchase a tennis racket that is not factory-strung and choose to add a stringing service through us, we need to open the packaging and string the racket before delivery. The product is therefore no longer considered to be in its original condition. Because of this, we do not accept returns of rackets purchased with added stringing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If goods are shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As above, the item must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Open purchase
We offer a 30-day open purchase period from the day you receive your item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period. To qualify for a return, the item must be in original condition and in unopened packaging.
Payment
Payment must be completed in advance before collecting your order. Unfortunately, payment on pickup is not available for online orders. We accept several payment methods to make the checkout process as smooth as possible.
